While making modern houses tube well is not set but we shall have to depend upon water of the pipe line of the municipality or City Corporation. Underground water reservoir should be at the north-east side.

Under no circumstances under ground water reservoir should be made at the south-west, south, and south-east or in the center place.

Septic tank and soak pit shall be at the under ground at north-west corner and middle north and this is the best.

Alternatively these can be done at the Middle East and east at the under ground.

Overhead tank will be at the west of the south-west of the house.

Without touching the boundary wall of the north or west side out house shall be done. Height of the out house shall be less than the main wall of the house.

Electricity connection at the south-east of the house is the best.

Under no circumstances electricity connection shall be done at the north-east or north side. Because the north-east side is the cold lace according to five elements theory and according to Vastu Shastra. So electricity connection, in practice fire connection is not favorable according to Vastu Shastra.

Verandah of the house will have to be done at the north or east side. Roof of the verandah and roof of the house will not be at the same level.

Garage of the house will be at the south-east or north-east area.

Sitting room of the family members and the guests will be at the east or north-west side. Head of the family facing the north will entertain the guest.

Study room should be at the north or west side.

Prayer room must be done at the north-east side of the house.

If it is not possible to make the prayer room at the north-east side of the ownership flat house then in the center place prayer room may be done in such houses. If also this is not possible then the prayer room will be at the north-east side of any room.
