Window will to be placed at the auspicious place of the house. House window will be placed in such way that there will be cross ventilation for easy movement of air and light. |

| 1. East side |
| 2. North side |
| 3. East of the north-east |
| 4. North of the north-east |
| 5. North of the north-west |
| 6. West of the north-west and |
| 7. South side. |

It is good to construct staircase at the south or west side of the house. |

Staircase will be upward clock-wise moving to the right to go upwards. |

Since the north-east side of the land is light staircase should not be done at the north-east side. |

| The ideal place to set lift in the multistoried building is south, west or south-west area. |

South-east side of the house is “Agnayo” place and so the kitchen should be at the south-east side. |

If due to any reason kitchen can not be made at the south-east side then kitchen may be made at the north-east side. |

Under no circumstances kitchen shall be made at the north-east, south-west or in center place of the house. |
• |
While preparing food the cook will sit at the east direction. |
• |
Cooking platform will remain at the east side and if any gas cylinder the same will remain under the platform. |
• |
Almirah to keep utensils will remain at the south or south-west side. |
• |
Tube well for cooking will remain at the north-east corner and water tank and filter will remain at the north-east side. |

Store room of the kitchen will remain at the north-west side and alternatively it will be at the south or south-west side. It will never be at the north-east or in center place. |

Mixer, grinder, toaster, cooking range will remain at the south-east corner. |

Exhaust fan will be placed at the south side. |

Window in the kitchen will be set cross-wise for easy movement of light and air. |
