Different type of land

DIFFERENT TYPE OF LAND
 
A different type of land has been described in the Vastu Shastra. In general it has been divided in two parts.
 
1.
High and low land in different side of the land
2.
On the basis of size.
 
Before knowing about the first told sloping land the result and consequence of being the land high and low in different sides should be known well.
 
 
Inauspiciousness and auspiciousness of being the land sloping to different directions:
 
  If the land is sloping to east then it will give wealth and prosperity.

  If it is sloping to north west then it will give sorrow, death and ailments.

  If it is sloping to south then it will be the cause of loss of reputation and son.

  If it is sloping to south west then it will be the cause of loss of reputation and son.

  If it is sloping to west then it will give sorrow, death and ailments.

  If it is sloping to east south then it will be the cause of anxiety and evicting.

  If it is sloping to north then it will give wealth.

  If it is sloping to north east then it will give education, wealth and comfort.

  If it is sloping to middle place then it will be harmful.
 
Inauspiciousness and auspiciousness of being the land high to different directions:
 
  If the land is high at the east then it will be the cause of death of children.

  If the land is high at North West then achievement of wealth.

  If the land is high at south then it will give ailments.

  If the land is high at east west then it gives children.

  If the land is high at south east then loss of wealth.

  If the land is high at north then it will give ailments.

  If the land is high at north east then the same will give sorrow and hardship and ailments.

  If the land is high at west then it will give comfort.
 
Different types of land on the basis of height and slope.
 
The lands in which we live or use the same to live are of different types. There is sloping of the said land to different directions also. According to slope different land is termed in different names. In total these have been divided in to 26 types, which are detailed below: In the picture the slope has been indicated (--) and high has been indicated (+). The direction of the land according to stipulation in the commencement of the Para, such as east with (--), west with (+), north with (+) and south with (--).
 
1. GOBITHI: If the land is high to the north and sloping to east then the land is called Gobithi. Children are achieved in such type of land. (Picture-1)
 
2. JALBITHI: If the land is high to the north and sloping to south then the land is called Jalbithi and this type of land is favorable to get children. (Picture-2)
 
3. JAMBITHI: If the land is high to the north and sloping to south then the land is called Jambithi and this land is harmful to health. (Picture-3)
 
4. GAJABITHI: High to the south and low to the north land is called Gajabithi. This type of land is helpful to recovery. (Picture-4).
 
5. BHUTBITHI: North east side high and south west sloping land is called Bhutbithi that results to sorrow. (Picture-5).
 
6. NAGBITHI: North West high south east low land is called Nagbithi and this type of land is cause of achieving land and money. (Picture-6).
 
7. DHANABITHI: South west side high north east side sloping land is called Dhanabithi. This type of land is very much wealth giving.
 
8. BAISWANORBITHI: North east side high and north west side sloping land is called Baiswanorbithi land and this type of land is cause of loss of wealth.
 
9. PITAMAHA VASTU: The land in which middle of the east and North West is the highest and in the middle of west and south east is the lowest is called Pitamoha Vastu and in such land men become happy.
 
10. SUPANTHA VASTU: The land which is the highest in between North West and south and the lowest in between north and south east is called Supantha Vastu. This type of land is favorable for all purposes.
